专利说明:
-1- The present invention relates to an ironing device with tub and a method for adapting an ironing device with tub. The trough ironing equipment comprises: - a trough designed for draining an oil for heat transfer; - a burner; - a heat exchanger to transfer the heat generated by the burner to the oil; and - a closed oil circuit, in which the tank and the exchanger are arranged. Such a device comprises one or more tubs. An ironing roller is mounted in a rotating manner in each bowl. The tub partially surrounds the corresponding role. Each cockpit has a double wall. The chamber between the walls is designed for the outflow of a heat transfer oil. One or more burner (s), for example gas, is (are) provided for heating the oil for the purpose of ironing laundry between each tub and each corresponding roll. French legislation stipulates that installations containing more than 1000 liters of thermal oil must have a collection system to collect the oil in a collection container as quickly as possible in the event of a leak. This legislation applies to ironing equipment of this type. Therefore, for existing ironing equipment, such a trough is provided in an adjacent space or in an outside environment, or a well is dug for this purpose. Openings are made in intermediate floors and walls to provide the necessary conduits between the ironing device and the collection tray. This requires a lot of work. The device according to the invention makes it possible to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art. According to a first feature, the device comprises: - a receptacle arranged in a zone located below the tub and / or the exchanger; -2- - a discharge pipe connecting the sump to the bottom of the circuit to divert the oil from the circuit to the tray by the action of gravity; and - a valve for opening and closing the discharge pipe. With such an arrangement, it is now possible to comply with legislation without having to carry out demolition work or additional adjustments to the environment. The solution of the invention is compactly integrated into the device itself and can thus be delivered integrally with the device. According to a specific embodiment, said zone is located substantially below the exchanger. In this way, the area under the tubs can be kept free for cleaning and / or maintenance and / or detection of leaks, etc. According to the same above-mentioned French legislation, in the case of a closed-circuit installation with an open expansion vessel, the ventilation pipe of such an expansion vessel must be connected to a chimney. This chimney must be high enough as the vapors can contain harmful volatile fractions and must not flow back into the adjacent rooms, and high enough to avoid unpleasant odors for the environment. Such a chimney usually requires piping through a roof typically at a height of at least 8 meters. Instead of connecting the expansion vessel to such a chimney, it is possible to provide a closed expansion vessel. Typically a tank with nitrogen is provided for this. However, such a container with nitrogen requires a lot of maintenance. In order to comply with this legislation, according to a more specific embodiment, the device comprises an expansion vessel comprising a ventilation pipe, and this ventilation pipe is connected to the receptacle. In embodiments without a receptacle or in addition to the receptacle, it is alternatively possible to provide an additional vessel and to connect the ventilation pipe of such an expansion vessel to the additional vessel. Preferably, an ironing device according to the invention comprises at the same time a said receptacle which is arranged in a zone under the tub and / or the exchanger and a said connection of a ventilation pipe of an expansion vessel to the receptacle. In embodiments of this type, this tray has dual use, such that a more compact and cost-effective solution is obtained. Thus, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the receptacle comprises a first chamber and a second chamber which are separated from each other by a membrane, the ventilation duct being connected to the first chamber. Preferably, said first chamber is further connected to a siphon. The function of this siphon is then to separate the air of the expansion vessel and the collection tray from the outside air, in such a way that: - no fresh air can be drawn in during cooling, and - any possible overpressure during heating can be eliminated . There are two reasons why fresh air should not be drawn in: - fresh air contains oxygen, which can potentially cause oxidation of the oil, and - fresh air contains water which can condense in the tanks and cause corrosion. The second chamber is also preferably connected with a siphon. In a specific variant of the invention, the valve is designed to be manually operated. When the valve can be manually operated, no power is required to open it. In the event of a power failure, the valve can still be operated. Even when the valve is equipped with an electrical control device, its operation preferably still remains manual. In a more specific embodiment, the device comprises a pump arranged in the circuit to circulate the oil in the circuit and at the same time has the function of helping to divert the oil from the circuit to the tank. This pump can be provided with a drain pipe from said circuit which serves to carry the oil from the exchanger to the tub. Such a pump can preferably also be shut off so that the oil can drain into the container only by the action of gravity. In a specific variant of the invention, the circuit comprises a drain pipe to carry the oil from the tub to the exchanger, and the drain pipe is connected to this drain pipe. Mentioned drawbacks of the prior art are also overcome by providing a method for adapting a trough ironing device, comprising: a trough designed for draining an oil for heat transfer; - a burner; - a heat exchanger to transfer the heat generated by the burner to the oil; and - a closed oil circuit, in which the tank and the exchanger are arranged; in which method the circuit with the tub and the exchanger is positioned higher, a collection tray is provided under the tub and / or the exchanger, a discharge pipe is provided and the bottom of the circuit connects to the collection tray to transfer the oil from the circuit to the tray to be diverted by the action of gravity, and a valve is provided to open and close the discharge conduit to prepare a device according to the invention as described above. The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: [Fig. 1] is a schematic view of the device according to the invention. -5- [Fig. 2] is a perspective view of part of this device at the level of the receptacle. [Fig. 3] is a perspective view of the part shown in figure 2, seen from the other side. [Fig. 4] is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the portion shown in Figure 2, without circuit run-offs or drains, and taken along the cut line AA of Figure 5. [Fig. 5] is a top view of the part shown in Figure 2, without drain lines or drain lines. [Fig. 6] is a schematic view of the siphon of the device of Figure 1 in other circumstances. The figures show an ironing device with tub (1) for drying and ironing laundry. The device (1) includes tubs (2) designed for the effluent of an oil for heat transfer. In figure 1 only one of the tubs (2) is shown. The parts listed below that relate to this tub (2) can mutatis mutandis also be provided for another tub (2) or for several tubs (2) together. An ironing roller, which is not shown, is arranged in a rotating manner in said tub (2). A gas burner, also not shown, is provided for heating the oil for ironing laundry between the tub (2) and the ironing roller. A heat exchanger (3) is provided to transfer the heat generated by the burner to the oil. The tub (2), the heat exchanger (3) and drain pipes (4a, 4b) arranged between them form a closed circuit (4) for the circulation of the oil. -6- A drain line (7) is connected to the drain line (4b) at the bottom of the circuit (4) to carry the oil from the tub (2) to the exchanger (3). This discharge line (7) connects the circuit (4) to a receptacle (5) to divert the oil from the circuit (4) to the receptacle (5) by the action of gravity (5). This receptacle (5) is fitted under the exchanger (3) and fills almost the entire zone directly (vertically) below this heat exchanger (3). A valve (6) is provided to open and close the discharge line (7). The valve (6) can be an electrically controlled valve. A handle (17) is provided for manual operation of the valve (6). In the drain line (4a), which serves to carry the oil from the exchanger (3) to the tank (2), a pump (8) is provided to circulate the oil in the circuit (4). This pump (8) also functions to help divert the oil from the circuit (4) to the container (5). An expansion tank (9) is also connected to the drain pipe (4a), which serves to transport the oil from the exchanger (3) to the tank (2). A ventilation pipe (10) of this expansion vessel (9) is connected to a connecting opening (18) of a first chamber (12) in the receptacle (5). This first chamber (12) is separated from a second chamber (13) in this tray (5) by means of a membrane (11). This second chamber (13) includes a ventilation hole (14). The first chamber (12) of the tray (5) is also connected to a siphon (15). The ventilation hole (14) of the second chamber (13) can also be connected (16) to the siphon (15). The oil expands when heated. Thus, the greater the amount of oil that penetrates into the expansion tank (9), the greater the amount of air that is forced out of the expansion tank (9) into the first chamber (12) of the receptacle (5). The expansion of the membrane (11) compensates for this phenomenon. There is a slight overpressure in the expansion vessel and in the collection container (5). The consequence of this is that the fluid contained in the siphon (15) is pushed light in the conduit leaving the siphon (15) (the level is slightly higher on the side open to the atmosphere) (Fig. 6b) . -7- If too high a pressure builds up in the expansion vessel (9) (for example when the circuit (4) is exposed to the open air), the excess pressure will escape through the siphon (15) (Fig. 6c). When the oil cools down, the level in the expansion tank (9) and the air pressure decrease, so that the level of the fluid in the siphon (15) rises slightly in the line from the siphon (15) connected to the sump (15). 5) (Fig. 6a). This siphon (15) thus acts as a kind of pressure relief valve (where the height of the fluid column in the siphon (15) determines the maximum pressure in the system) and prevents fresh air from entering the system. The device may comprise various additional means of control: - a dipstick can be provided on the expansion tank (9) to check the oil level; - a temperature sensor can be provided in the circuit (4) to monitor the maximum oil temperature at any time; - a pressure regulator and a differential pressure sensor can be provided to measure the flow in the circuit (4); - the power of the burner can be controlled by a PLC to reach the set temperature; and - a thermostat and a safety device can be provided to turn off the burner when the oil overheats, to display an error message and activate an alarm signal.
